SHIPPING

We aim to ship out all online orders within 48 hours. To provide you the freshest tea possible, it may take us at least 3 to 4 days to ship your order, because we hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, and this is with each item does take time.

 

During the holidays and order volume, some tea orders may take at least a week to ship.

We ship Monday to Friday.   Any order placed after 8 am Friday or placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday Morning.

During the 2020 COVID restrictions and with the increased mail backlog for the holidays, the USPS may experienced delayed deliveries.  We do not have control of the mail couriers schedule.

USPS First Class shipping: 3-5 business days is set for delivery by default. 

​

USPS Priority Mail:  For 2-3 day delivery, this option is frequently preferred for residential deliveries. Deliveries from Monday through Saturday.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
